  • rum essence

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cheesecake:

dough-eggs are mixed with sugar, add whipped milk and lard and mix. Mix sifted flour with salt and make a hole in the middle, add the yeast dissolved in a little water, add the egg mixture and knead an elastic dough.

Filling-mix the cheese with beaten eggs, sugar, essence and starch.

Divide the crust in half and spread one sheet at a time and grease with the cheese filling and roll. We do the same with the 2nd. Place in a greased cake pan lined with flour, cover and leave to rise for about 30 minutes. Grease with a beaten egg and put in the oven until nicely browned
