Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup fresh red grapefruit juice
  • 1 Cup kale
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 Cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 Cup chopped celery
  • 3 Tablespoons hemp hearts

Directions
